Job Description
The Account Manager will work with Publisher Business Development team to help on-board new publishers and oversee growth of partnerships. This Account Manager will communicate updates and be an internal point person for answering questions and educating publishers on ongoing enhancements to the products.
Responsibilities
• Onboard new publishers. • Maintain and expand relationships with publisher partners • Manage all inquiries related to revenue, customer service and facilitate any technical problem solving that may arise. • Market new product features, enhancement and products to partners. • Help identify areas to increase publisher revenue.
Qualifications
• 2 years of relevant/related experience in online media, ideally with direct account management experience. • Strong aptitude and natural curiosity about the online media and social media landscapes. • Ability to work as a valued member of a team in a fast paced environment. • Experience utilizing Salesforce of other CRM; strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary and Benefits
$50-$60K + 20% BONUS
