Over the past 10 years, AC Lion has built upon a continuing track record of success to become one of the
most innovative executive search firms anywhere. Our early years in tech recruiting helped us establish strong relationships with pioneering online firms.
We believe in promoting from within. Our current leaders were placed there 10 years ago and grew with our search firm. Our early years of building Internet companies from scratch helped us
create lasting relationships with the current gurus of today’s established online environment. We’ve cultivated key
candidates from the beginning of their interactive careers to current positions of management and influence to perpetuate an
unparalleled network of candidates and clients.
In 2000, as the economy began to slowdown, there was a paradigm shift from developing products, bringing eyeballs and driving traffic to selling products and services. In response, AC Lion built a sales vertical focused primarily on the Internet advertising space, which is currently an industry valued at $11 billion in annual sales.
Then, by developing an internal Web-based recruitment solution software, pioneering the trend toward video resumes (as noted in
The NY Times), and gaining access to clients on the ground floor, we were able to succeed during one of the most challenging economic times in U.S. history, gradually becoming
one of the nation’s premiere recruiting firms in our space.
