One of the nation's top Financial News companies was looking to build an interactive subscription sales model from the ground up. They looked to fill this search on a retained basis, allotting 6 months to hire. The two finalist search firms were AC Lion and a well-known, national generalist search firm.
During the contract award phase, AC Lion, through our strong network, met the perfect candidate in terms of startup and interactive sales experience and pedigree education. Knowing the client's needs were immediate, and that this passive candidate wouldn't be on the market long, we made the introduction. Four weeks later he was hired (three months before the original target date).
Bottom line: AC Lion delivered the results months early-before the contract was awarded, saving our clients time and money by accelerating the search.
Postscript: Two months after this new EVP started, he turned to AC Lion to build out his national interactive sales team. |
